Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce package coleslaw mix
- 2 cups seedless green and red grapes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced or diced
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup minced parsley
- ½ cup minced green onion
- salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tsp. celery seed
Directions
- Place coleslaw ingredients in a large bowl.
- Blend dressing ingredients in blender.
- Drizzle coleslaw with dressing and toss to lightly coat.
